Kidney Bean Burger Patty

Hey lads,
a vegan patty for all burger lovers, who have given up the meaty pleasure.

Original recipe: Kidney Beans Burger

Ingredients

onion
clove of garlic
kidney beans
oats
flour
soy sauce
mustard
vegetable broth powder
paprika
ground cumin


Preperation 

  1. Drain the beans and finely chop the onion and garlic

  2. Fry the onion lightly and then the garlic briefly

  3. Squash the beans using a fork, potato masher or your fists to punch the mass

  4. Add the fried onions and garlic to the mixture, as well as the oats and flour

  5. Season the mixture with soy sauce, mustard, vegetable broth powder, paprika and cumin

  6. Give the mass a good beating and knead it. Season it with salt and pepper

  7. Form five patties

  8. Heat oil in a pan, the bottom of the pan should be covered in oil. Fry the patties over a medium heat for 10 minutes on each side


I'd like my burger with cheese, salad, fresh onions and aioli. But feel free to add what the hell you like!
